Draggable panel orientation issue #89

Hello,

I am using the Draggable panel for my video application. When the panel is minimized and user changes the orientation of device few times then the panel is not visible on the screen. Kindly look into the issue.

This library does not support landscape mode yet. As this issue is duplicated I'm closing it, sorry.
