Install Failure on Vista x64 Ultimate #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed .net 3.5 sp1 
2.Attempted install of omlsetup-0.21b-x64-12132008.msi
3.Installed failed - unspecified error
4.uninstalled 12132008 and rebooted
5.Attempted install of omlsetupx64.msi Dec 07. 
6.Installed failed - unspecified error
Gave up
