Runtime Error (C:\Windows\ehome\ehshell.exe)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Problem only with Blu-ray (or ISO) not DVD playback
1. Ripped Blu-ray ISO using AnyDVDHD to hard drive.
2. Using Database Editor, added movie and specified ISO folder location.
3. Set mounting tool to DameonTools or Virtual Clone Drive (tried both 
separately). Correct mounting tool path and virtual drive set.
4. Set external player (Cyberlink PowerDVD) to play Blu-ray only.
5. In VMC, I click OML, then go to movie configured by DBEditor.
6. Click play.
7. ISO is mounted then I get error message.

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Windows\ehome\ehshell.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual 
way.
Please contact the applications support team.

8. PowerDVD opens and plays movie from mounted ISO but error message 
remains in the background.
9. When I stop movie I receive the "Microsoft Blue Screen of Death" and a 
memory dump.
10. System then reboots.
11. ISO is not unmounted.

Please answer the following questions (if they apply):

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect no error message and seemless opening and playing in PowerDVD. 
Followed by unmounting of the ISO and return to MCE.

What is the OML Version? x86 or x64?
Open Media Library 0.21 Daily Build - (r1176) 01/27/2009 (x86)

How did you add the movie? (MyMovies, DVDProfiler, DVRMS, MovieCollectorz, 
DVD/Video Scanner)
Manually added the movie(s). Tried multiple movies.

Did you import from within the VMC UI, command line or DB Editor?
DBEditor

What kind of movie type do you have problems with? (DVD, Blu-ray, AVI, ISO, 
etc, Extender, HD-DVD)
Blu-ray ripped to ISO

How do you play movies, extender or VMC directly?
VMC directly
