missing from VMC #151

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I cannot access OML in VMC. It's neither on the main menu nor in the 
programs library.

What is the OML Version? x86 or x64?

I tried 0.3b as well as releases from 0.2b

How did you add the movie? (MyMovies, DVDProfiler, DVRMS, MovieCollectorz, 
DVD/Video Scanner)

My Movies

Did you import from within the VMC UI, command line or DB Editor?

DB Editor

How do you play movies, extender or VMC directly?

VMC directly

Please provide any additional information below.

I installed the x86 version on another computer and it works fine.

google menumender. install and you can put the OML Library program anywhere you 
want.  
This is in two separate issues (ie: see 131).
