ISO playback on HP MediaSmart TV #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn Computer & TV on and nvaigate to "Windows Media Center" on TV
2. Select a movie and press [Select] on remote
3. Select [Watch] and press [Select] on remote

Please answer the following questions (if they apply):

What is the expected output?  Expected to briefly see the mounting image
status window and eventually the DVD main menu.
What do you see instead?  I briefly saw the mounting image status window
and then the error message:

Exception logged to Debug.txt
System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: Could not connect to
net.tcp://localhost.8321/OMLTS connection attempt lasted for 00:00:01:99...
TCP Error code 10061: No connection could be made because target activly
refused it 127.0.0.1:8321

What is the OML Version? 0.3
x86 or x64? x64

How did you add the movie? (MyMovies, DVDProfiler, DVRMS, MovieCollectorz,
DVD/Video Scanner) DVD Profiler

Did you import from within the VMC UI, command line or DB Editor? DB Editor

What kind of movie type do you have problems with? (DVD, Blu-ray, AVI, ISO,
etc, Extender, HD-DVD) DVD - ISO

How do you play movies, extender or VMC directly? extender

Please provide any additional information below.

I couldn't locate the debug file where this was logged, but I did find one
that contained similar errors from a prior date.

Playback works fine on Vista Ultimate system.

TV is connected to 802.11n wireless network.  Using Media Center "Tune
Network" option for this extender shows signal strength high enough for HD.
 Have not tried running an ethernet cable over to the extender, but I will
try that as soon as I locate my ethernet cable that is long enough to reach it.

HP has posted some, or all, of the source for this TV, Model #: SL4782N, at:

Appears to be the same as issue 110/111...feel free to capture any useful info 
from
