"Cannot Play Video" error on Win7 x64 on Xbox 360 #156

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Play Movie in OML from Xbox 360

Please answer the following questions (if they apply):

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output- Video Begins to play after the stream is buffered

Instead- I receive an error from Media Center that says:
Cannot Play Video
The file type is not recognized and cannot be played.  Either the correct
codec (a file that compresses/decompresses audio or video) is not installed
or the file is corrupt.

What is the OML Version? x86 or x64? x64 on Win7

How did you add the movie? (MyMovies, DVDProfiler, DVRMS, MovieCollectorz,
DVD/Video Scanner) MyMovies

Did you import from within the VMC UI, command line or DB Editor? DB Editor

What kind of movie type do you have problems with? (DVD, Blu-ray, AVI, ISO,
etc, Extender, HD-DVD) Trying to play a DVD Rip on an Extender

How do you play movies, extender or VMC directly? Both, and the same files
that don't work on the Xbox work with 7MC directly through OML

Please provide any additional information below.  Here is the contents of
