This issue appears to be twofold;
Users who click "No thanks" to the prompt. Running the wizard through Extras is
expected if you opt-out from configuring the application.
Users who install OML but do not have the newest version of windows installer
(I
think it is 4.5). They will be prompted to install windows installer.
Afterwards
they have the option to "Repair" their copy of OML. Doing so does not register
our
entry points. They currently have to uninstall then reinstall. I'll break this
out
into a seperate bug.
