DBEditor : When scanning files (St Sana) check for art #175

We check a bit for foler.jgp files but also need to check for a fanart
folder below the title as used in 0.3b

The St Sana folder import now looks for a fanart folder below the movie folder 
for
fanart and creates them in the title
