Add firewall exception rules to the SERVER installers #185

This is documented in the WiX 3.0 docs, we just need to add sqlservr.exe
for ports: 1433, 1434

Damn this was a PITA!!!
Added WiXFirewallExtension to both Build.bat files
Added exceptions for tcp and udp for ports 1433 and 1444 on both x86 and x64
