Extender -- Transitions #80

All, I know its probably because of performance but could we add the
transitions and effects for the extender? -- like the covers getting larger
on selection (DVD library can do this without an issue). Its hard to see
what is selected otherwise. Obviously an option for on/off would be good.

The transitions work for the xbox360 extender but not for the DMA2100.  I 
currently
choose the option to highlight the selected movie only.  This improves the 
visibility
somewhat but the enlargement transition would be much appreciated.
