I just realized why was there the copper rectangle was there - to avoid the clearance gap of the copper pour from the PCB edge, right? :) I'll update the PR shortly.
I didn't like the big copper rectangles (sorry!), so I replaced them with another copper zone with clearance of 0 (to remove the gap from the switch cutout edge), but slightly smaller than the original one to keep the copper clearance around the outer PCB edges.
The copper outline is currently only on the front side of the split MX plate. This adds the same outline to the back side as well.
This change also removes the unnecessary rectangles on the copper layer of both MX and split plates.
