Tooltips blocked by mouse #7

The timing tooltips are blocked by the hovering mouse and disappear immediately when I move the mouse away to see the content. Perhaps a 500ms delay before fading out?

I have had same problem and now I resolved it.

Install https://github.com/nragaz/tipsy-rails
