filter trials with comments in iCoder data #12

I think that we want to unify our approach to participant exclusion prior to submitting. Critically, one decision was to exclude trials marked as to be excluded in iCoder files (comments column) during data import.

This would need to be implemented in all iCoder data sources currently included in the database.

issue with trial_order value arose when excluding these trials. now making trial_order equal to trial number. this maintains information that might be useful for analyses wrt when these trials happened (how late/early).

pomper_saffran, adams_marchman, potter_canine, potter_remix, pomper_salientme, perry_cowpig, swingley_aslin, weisleder_stl, fmw, hurtado, and xsectional changed based on excluded trials and/or trial_order issue. will revisit the issue of excluded trials in a later schema update.
