replicability/ power section? #14

We set up issues about replicability/ power in the intro, but don't really have a dedicated section that shows how Peekbank can help address the issue. One possibility is to incorporate some effect size language/ basic power analyses into the descriptives section (#3), another is to develop a short standalone section.

A final option is to reframe the introduction

Decision: Keep as is, there doesn't necessarily need to be an explicit tidbit on this and we can still raise the issue as a motivating factor in the introduction.
