Add a new Peekbank data descriptives section #3

I think it would be nice to have a "Peekbank general data descriptives" section (maybe using the first results section in Peekbank as a model). Doesn't have to be long, but just to get a general feel for the overall database and its properties.

began this work by re-adding some of the information we summarized in CogSci.
