Webserver framework

For the webserver, I'd like to use starlette. Here are the selling points for me.

• It's async
• Already provides a good authentication middleware
  • Writing it from scratch is a no-no for me
• Super easy to use
  • Good for new contributors
• We can use FastAPI to super easily expose an API
• Great documentation
• Easy to test
