Please copy text from Windows_IIS_Webserver.md into WIKI page. Then you can delete Windows_IIS_Webserver.md.

I think this is not a good way. I am not sure these files should be in the main project, and needed merged. They are really specific to you. I think it's still a good idea to have a link to this, in the main page. But i think it would be better if you put them in a wiki you had control over, that I didnt need to merge or keep files for, and I'll link directly to that? sound better? If so, put in your area and send me the link to that. Then I'll remove the files from the project, where I dont think they below. hope that makes sense
