opaque replication #142

I should be a able to setup a node that replicates any / all of my documents. This node should be able to do that even without being able to decrypt the document. I should not have to transmit any private key for me to be able to do that.

peer-star-app has a pinner service now, it's just a matter of deploying it somewhere.
