Provide feedback form for users #198

Currently the only way to provide feedback is by opening an GitHub issue. Maybe we should offer also a way to provide feedback from inside the app itself.

One good way is to also allow users to make a screenshot of the app at that state and send it along with the feedback. Something like this.
