Version mismatch, v0.24 displays v0.23

I know, seen it. It is due to typo in this file: https://github.com/peerchemist/Peerbox/blob/master/PKGBLD/filesystem-peerbox/os-release

But good to have it here as issue so I don't forget to fix it.
