Windows errno 13 #46

Hello - when I press backup on windows i get an errno 13 which appears to be when it is trying to open a directory as a file (see picture). I think permissions are ok as it creates the trash folder and the quick sheets in the backup directory fine before this error kicks in. Am I doing something obviously wrong? I’ve just discovered it may have been a file called … for some reason which is causing the error - when I changed that it worked fine.
