I can't reproduce that Bug. Does restarting Obsidian on her side help? And I should probably add the filename to this message.
Yes. It still persists. I also tried stopping the share and restarting again. Same message
In the newest version (2.4.3) this message also shows the filename of the synced document. Does it show something for her? Does the mentioned file exist? Is there anything in the developer console?
If the issue still persists: What is her OS and Obsidian version?
I will ask her to try the newest version and to open the developer console. She is using a fresh install of Obsidian and a newly created vault. Her OS is Windows 10.

I'm collaborating with someone and when she opens the URL I got from starting a session, she gets this:
The document isn't in her obsidian vault, so I'm not sure what's going on.
