500 Internal Server Error when adding ASN 37006 #210

ASN is not in the DB. User shahinur.alam as well as me get the same error message 20180927 peeringdb 00

RuntimeError: status for https://rdap.db.ripe.net/autnum/37006 was 503

@arnoldnipper looks like a server problem on rdap.db.ripe.net end - can confirm it 503s for me as well.

Better error messages are needed and will be addressed by https://github.com/peeringdb/peeringdb/issues/278

Little correction - actually the 503 happens on the redirect to https://rdap.afrinic.net/rdap/autnum/37006
