Improve v2 search UI elements #1398

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Feedback from PeeringDB users at NANOG 88 indicates that the web UI for v2 search is confusing some people. We should make minor web UI tweaks so that users can use it with confidence.

Who is affected by the problem? Some web users.

What is the impact? They are unsure if they are using v1 or v2 search.

Are there security concerns? No.

Are there privacy concerns? No.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Prefix the grey text in the ‘empty’ search with with "(v2 beta)"

  2. Change the link “v2 Search (beta)” to “Back to v1 Search” when in v2 (see annotated link)

Do you think this feature will require a formal design? No.

Describe alternatives you've considered Do nothing.

Could this feature request need support from the Admin Committee? No.

What is the proposed priority? Try and do this for 2.48.0-beta

Provide a rationale for any/all of the above Making it easier for users to test new features means we'll get better feedback and be able to deliver higher quality production services earlier, benefitting everyone

Additional context As this is a minor UI tweak and not a feature change I'm moving it directly to Ready for Implementation.
