Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the bottom right of the https://www.peeringdb.com/advanced_search which allows for cross search of multiple objects from a view of an Exchange the box takes up approximately six rows of space and only ever shows the organization of the user logged in.
There is also a bug with this interaction which I'll describe in another issue.
Who is affected by the problem?
Users of PDB
What is the impact?
Wasted screen real estate
Are there security concerns?
Doubtful
Are there privacy concerns?
Doubtful
Describe the solution you'd like
Let the session assume the user is from the organization logged in without using any pixels since the circle in upper right corner appears to let them know who they are.
Do you think this feature will require a formal design?
I'll leave that up to 20C to decide.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Do nothing, but we've agreed that screen real estate is precious and have made decisions related to recovery and conservation of the same.
Could this feature request need support from the Admin Committee?
