Antonio Pizzigati Prize is $10.000 grant for an individual who has created or led an effort to create an open source software product of significant value to the nonprofit sector and movements for social change.

Deadline is December 15 2014.

I'll nominate him. I think we should go for diversity- 1 of each gender, at least one U.S. native, not necessarily two, at least one person in his field, etc.

I think the application is ready. The nomination form needs more work. But what I'm curious here is that who is nominating. We can have 1 nominator. I didn't write the nomination app, so I'm not sure if it's right to say I'm the nominator, although I didn't write it. If Rachel writes up a nomination, we can just use that.
