(L) Generate Mockups/Docs for new required forms

User Story

Peerplays account Import and Create require additional forms as no other dapp we own allows for easy key retrieval. Furthermore, Peerplays accounts require all three authority keys for the two major features that are to be implemented within the Peerplays Scatter plugin. So, we require a new Create Account form as well as a new Peerplays Login form. Both forms are to contain account name and password inputs with slight differences in other elements and requirements. Add these mockups and accompanying documentation under the Peerplays Scatter Functional Requirements page
