version issue #9

Because App name depends on flutter_call_kit 0.0.3 which doesn't match any versions, version solving failed. pub get failed (1; Because eMedHub depends on flutter_call_kit 0.0.3 which doesn't match any versions, version solving failed.)

Currently the pub.dev version is 0.0.2, while the github version is more up to date. Workaround
