Limit Expenses #19

How can I limit the costs if it out of the blue wents through the roof? It should be capped at 50 or 100 Euros!

Can I generate tokens for the API calls which can only be used several times? Maybe also authenticate the host, in order to only charge the correct customer.

I can set a rate limit on any API I deployed.
