indicate content needs to be saved #1

Show the user when the content of the textarea is dirty by adding a *-symbol to the page title. May be also include a info when hovering over to use the ctrl+s shortcut to save.

content is automatically saved as soon as changes are detected, which is easier for users but dangerous if things are deleted by mistake. Thank god for cmd+z

But maybe it still could be useful for users to know when it is saved and when not, so they could be sure it worked.

Save as you type worked great the last couple of weeks, i will drop a separate save mechanism.
