Need a link to a Info site which shows the user how to use the website and what it's intention is.

also include disclaimer and cookie usage stuff

Added first draft of the info page in 1fb46d5f68f6b22665d6131f7f044f4a1c2d20a6, but not disclaimer or cookie notice yet. btw iam not using cookies by now but pretty sure you have to inform the user about the usage of local storage aswell
