unify title-block #7

On my Windows/Linux maschines the Title Block seems the same, but on Mac OS of my friend the String of the Date was totally different, can't figure out why by now.

fix this by using moment.js, with this library it's super easy to output a specific date format. Also localization is possible in the future.
