[Settings tab] Adding exchange API keys #345

As a user, When I go to the settings tab, I should be able to add the API keys for my exchange account (see settings CB).

Those keys are not kept and encrypted in our data base, but rather we store them on the 0Auth servers.

User should be able to select:

select exchange (from a defined list, initially only binance)
add email address (unique account on exchange, in case there are more than one)
add API key
add API secret
