Use cctx wrapper to do integration with binance #346

Please refer to current DB structure of WeiBeast.

We need to be able to get the following information from Binance API and store it in our:

markets (this doesn't exist in current WeiDex DB, the only market there was token-ETH)
deposits/withdrawals into/from exchange account
current balance of all assets
Order history (all trades that the user has made - I think you can only access trades from last 3 months via API)
