Documentation Update Request #8

I have made this request as an attempt to improve the ReadMe file of the JXplorer documentation. I removed the release notes from previous versions to a new file named, "Release Notes.txt," in addition, I added the features of the application in the ReadMe, and finally, I added more to the Credits section of the ReadMe.
