Create "Gravitee APIM Application", which ties up subscribe plan and "Gravitee AM Client"

creation of an application, in the sense of Gravitee AM version 2.10.9 / Gravitee APIM 1.30.11

On Gravitee APIM :

• An application should be created
• and associated wwith a client ID, there it is the client ID of the Graviteee AM Client previously created.
• and this application also is associated to a subscriibe plan of an API
• and that's how the whole thing is ited together
