Issue description
Since Perfomance exists in both the models and predictor binning table, it got renamed in the latter. However the name PerformanceBin is not ideal - there is no performance for a bin, there is a concept of performance for a predictor. The names shows in default plots - can of course be changed manually but it would be preferable to change it in all the PDS tools code.
