IsWebMashup not set for the first case launched #208

Refer BUG-819229 for instance,credentials and config file Issue - For the first case created, the property isWebMashup Is not initialized. We are relying on this property to distinguish self-service and interaction portal logic. From the second case onwards the property has the value

this was a Pega Platform bug - unrelated to uplus - the issue has been fixed
