Is this project still maintained? #65

Hi,

The latest commit was 6 years ago(2018) https://github.com/pegler/pytzwhere/commit/32d2bef9ff2d784741471fddb35fbb6732f556d5 and no PR got merged after that. Will this project get maintained by anyone?

I suggest use alternatives:

  1. timezonefinder
  2. tzfpy(I'm the maintainer)
