[bug] sfpegActionBarCmp - "Disabled" flag don't work well #44

The "disabled" flag in sfpegActionBarCmn, not work well when we modifie current record to invers the value of the flag

@ismailsalam I could not reproduce the issue on the latest component release (baff2ad) Please be so kind as to test again on this version in your environment. If still happening, please provide me with more details about the configuration actually used.
