[feat] sfpegList and sfpegAction - Enhanced support for multi-picklist fields

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Multi-picklist fields are very useful but they may tricky to use in :

• SOQL queries, e.g. to look for records having a picklist field corresponding to a multi-picklist value set on another record
• LDS updates, e.g. to add or remove a specific value

Describe the solution you'd like Main requirements:

• For SOQL queries, give the ability to transform a multi-picklist field value into a list of string for a IN where clause
• for LDS updates, give the ability to add / remove a specific value from a multi-picklist field
• this feature should not be restricted to multi-picklist fields but also usable for any string field containing a concatenation of codes.

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context This feature enables to handle cases where the picklist value set contains a too large number of values.

• values are then managed as custom reference object records
• text fields on the target objects contain a concatenation of external IDs of such reference records
• a sfpegListCmp on the target object page enables to leverage the value of the text field to display as tiles the list of matching reference records
• sfpegAction on the target object enables to add / remove specific values via direct LDS update of the text field on target records
