Rescaling SAF fairings is, in fact, possible, just poorly documented. Attached is an example of the very rudimentary config that does so:

On some fairings, it works. On more complex ones, the rootOffset parameter needs to be adjusted, too, but I don't know how to do it, so it doesn't work in the config provided (hence why it's not a PR). This should be enough for someone who actually knows the MM syntax to use in this case to make a proper rescale config fitting into LRTR.
