Changes to make Angular Scooter more like The People's Scooter #18

This has animations for losers, similar to the Dojo version. But only the Puff Out effect, and not the shrink. Plus I've increased the speed for the spinning winner.

Added animations to "Sticky Note" theme to make it more complete. Losers pop up and drop down. The winner gets a wobble which has the pleasant side effect of making the winner look like it's dropping. Such tension!
