Button's are not themed #2

The buttons are using Bootstrap and are not themed with the rest of the application.

Consider a theme roller

For the players tabs, consider switching them over to Bootstrap thumbnails.

Then the entire application will be done with bootstrap and a theme roller can be used to generate new themes quicker

As part of issue #23 we will be removing bootstrap and using css only to style buttons with the themes.
