use flexbox instead of floats around the page could help make the game a bit more responsive. We could look at making this entirely mobile as well

Rework of PEI Devs theme to handle lots of users

Integrate each theme with pull request #28 as part of the flexbox changes. Make sure we don't break the existing functions
