Theme to handle a lot of people #7

A simple theme to be used when there are a lot of people. Maybe instead of large circles or post it, each user is in a rectangle, fit 8-10 per line. That would give lots of room to support 100's

i would like to refactor main interface to use flexbox, might as well do that when adding this theme

The PEI theme will reworked in Issue #23 and will take care of handling mass users
