[feature request] plugin selector #132

for the user experience it would be nice to be able to select a set of
plugins to be shown in the operations context menu.

this may help to reduce the number of plugins by hiding those a user don't
want.

new plugins shouldn't be hidden until the user selects them to hide, so he
discovers a new plugin after upgrading. this should be implemented as a
blacklist in the config file.

just forget this request. it's already there.
has been some time that i used the menu to discover the preferences... ;-)
