[feature request] reassign last tags + shortcut #138

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
it would be a great usability improve, to have the possibility to assign
the tags to the current selection that were used during last tagging action.
make this function a shortcut and i will be happy.

this one should be easy. thanks.

Do you mean a kind of "copy tags"/"paste tags" ? I don't find easy to decide
which
tags are the alast tags that are supposed to be re-applied.

the tags added during the last action are meant.
if you select multiple tags, drag'n'dropping them onto a picture, all these
tags are
meant. in other words: repeat the last tagging action for a new target-picture
selection.

perhaps it becomes clearer this way (implementation):
i imagine there's a tagging-function that applies a list of tags to a (list of)
picture(s).
in that function, you save the "list of tags"-parameter.
when calling the new retag-function with a (list of) picture(s) you apply the
previously saved tags.

still unclear? i'll use examples the next time ;-)
