Window version exits on startup #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install windows version.
2. Attempt to launch brout...
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error log:
You should install pyexiv2 (>=0.1.2)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
winxp brout 0.3.828

Please provide any additional information below.

Exact same error on a windows xp home edition version 2002 service pack 3 
machine, jbrout 0.3.828 windows installer.
Well it should be included in the installer, but after this error message I 
have installed pyexiv2 standalone to see if the error would disapear, but no. 
Any updates on this?
