[Feature Request] Automatically create missing thumbnail #163

My panoramic images are created without thumbnails. I suggest, that missing 
thumbnails are automatically created during import.

You can certainly recreate all thumbnails non-automatically 
(right-click-Operations-Rebuild Thumbnail).

Original author was against doing much changes to files automatically, which is 
the sentiment I agree with.
